Tech show:

Hey guys, this is a manual robot. It consists of four 10cm diameter wheel connected to 200RPM motors each. The problem statement is that, participants have to design a 13x13cms robot. All participants designed robots, consisting of 5cm diameter wheel and made it look like a car, I decided to use 10cm wheel and made it look like an Indian auto. This robot looks smaller in size, but its speed equals to a robot which is 3 times bigger than its size.  I completed the arena in 38 seconds and won the 1st place in that competition.

Robo genie:

Hey there, I took part in robot genie, a national level competition where I designed a multi terrain robot which can travel in sand, water, rock and slopes and where I won the 2nd place.

Working:

This is a manual robot which consists of four 200RPM motors, and two 10RPM motors with high torque this motor helps to lift the mica sheet which is attached to the flanges in order to move the rocks / a heap of sand. Diameters of 10cm wheels are used here. Four 200RPM motors are attached to the wheels; motors are insulated with M-seal (a plastering agent) which prevents the water from entering into the motors. This robot is capable of travelling through water of depth 5cm.

Line tracer robot:

Hi guys… today I took part in line tracer robot, a national level competition in which I won the 1st place. It is an autonomous robot which follows either black line in white area or white line in black area. It is completely controlled by micro controller. It consist of AT mega 16 controller, two 100 or 200 RPM motors for movement, photoelectric diodes are used as sensors to sense the black line, and a 12V battery is used for the power supply, when the robot is placed in an arena where a black line is drawn. The robot, with the help of the sensors follows the black line, the output of the sensor is given as an input to the micro controller which in turn rotates the wheel and moves the robot forward.

Auto mine robot-2010:

Hi Frnds, I participated in the national level auto mine robot competition, which drills from normal surface in an efficient manner and won the 1st place in it.

Working:

This auto mine robot is used for drilling. When this robot is placed in a pit, the flanges oscillate with the help of two 10RPM motors with 2kg torque (which are placed on either side of the flanges in the middle of the robot) and the digging mechanism which is at the top, touches the ground, rotates, collects the mud and discards it with the help of the tubes attached to it. For the movement of the whole robot 100 RPM motors is used. This is a manually controlled robot. This time I won the 1st place as well.

My 1st step in Robotics…

This is my 1st year of college life; one of my friends asked me to partner him in a national level Robotics competition. I started to design a robot of my own for the given problem statement.
